All VAT registered businesses are required to keep digital records and use HMRC-Recognised VAT Software to submit their VAT returns, all VAT registered businesses with a taxable turnover above £85,000 or voluntary registration for turnover that's less than £85,000 are required to follow the rules for Making Tax Digital.

HMRC authorised access

You will need to authorise HMRC to allow our application to access your VAT account, you will need to login to HMRC through the web application and follow the instructions to grant access, once access has been granted you can also remove/revoke access at anytime keeping you in full control.

We will setup a secure login with 2 Factor authentication using Google Authenticator, your account allows multiple authorised users you specify to access your account to manage and view your VAT obligations. If you require any special features or specific accessibility features your account manager is there to help.

Additional account users will have their own Username, Password and 2FA (two factor authentication) and all activity is recorder in a secure log file.
